INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS
THE ART OF
MAKING iT YOURS
Your home.
Designer expertise.
As a Walker homes purchaser, you’ll have the opportunity to work with Lynne James throughout your interior selections. She’ll guide you through the choices that bring your new home to life… from cabinetry, countertops and flooring to tile, fixtures, lighting and finishing details.
Rather than navigating the possibilities on your own, you’ll have an experienced design eye helping you bring everything together. The result is a home where every selection works in harmony and where the finished space feels distinctly your own.
Meet the designer behind the details
Creating a new home is about more than choosing finishes. It’s about bringing together the colours, materials and details that make a space feel uniquely yours.
Walker Built Homes has partnered with renowned interior designer Lynne James to bring a designer’s perspective to the process. With her thoughtful, timeless approach to interiors, Lynne understands how to balance personal style with the elements that make a home feel cohesive, comfortable and considered.
